The Realisation phase aims to design, construct and deliver an operational asset that is consistent with the scope, cost and schedule derived from the project’s feasibility phases.
Projectworx will assist their clients to,
- Review, update and implement the Project Execution Plan.
- Facilitate Risk workshop, update and maintain the Risk register.
- Implement the Assurance plan.
- Develop engineering documentation, including drawings, scopes of work, and specifications developed and issue to the construction team.
- Manage contracts and Purchase Orders for design, construction, and procurement activities.
- Complete constructability, operability, and reliability reviews.
- Implement Quality, HSE, Risk Management and Contract Management Plans.
- Implement design, procurement, expediting and construction plans.
- Develop and implement pre-commissioning & commissioning plans.
- Develop Punch lists.
- Develop manuals, operations and maintenance procedures and training programs.
- Review Manufacturers Data Report Documentation.
- Prepare Hand-over documentation and completion certificates.
