A metallurgist from Projectworx can function as either an autonomous resource or an integrated member of the owner’s team, aiding clients in designing and developing process circuits and generating a mass flow balance that serves as the foundation for metallurgical investigations. Additionally, our metallurgist specialist can provide the following services,
- Provide metallurgical support to an operating plant.
- Development of conceptual process flow diagrams (PFD) to be utilised during all feasibility study phases.
- Provide highly developed process modelling on a range of platforms including Metsim ®, SpeedUp and Excel-VBA
- Work in alliance with the owners’ team or team representative to witness, monitor, analyse and report test results developed by third-party labs or work as an independent third-party reviewer.
- Process control design support includes selecting and programming PLC hardware, commissioning, troubleshooting, and telemetry solutions for communications equipment.
- Assist during identifying the process of bottlenecks and provide de-bottlenecking solutions.
- Work as a commissioning lead or be part of the commissioning team to help the client successfully commission a new or existing plant.
